I had a problem with my computer. IWVISP would not take responsibility for their part of the problem. They would continually blame the telephone company and anyone else. As in the previous review, Robert is a man with no customer service skills at all. He was short and rude to me. Finally I called the owner of the company and he still sent Robert to my home. Hello, we solved the issue with your computer it was a router issue, I am a little offended you say I smell bad, I shower daily, that seems unfair. You started the issue by yelling at us, we never yelled at you, never raised our voice, this review is unfair.
IWVISP will not service its business customers when there is a known issue. Have called multiple times and talked with Robert who says he is the owner. Told my company that if we want internet we would need to switch to Mediacom since they will not come and service the internet they are providing us.
