I had an excellent experience with the company (October 6, 2023). Actually the driver named Tiffany who connected me from Ann Arbor to Detroit, actually saved me the transfer in Detroit to Toronto. It was not her job to take the passengers supposed to travel with another bus, but she called the office to find out that my bus was delayed, so she arranged everything for me to catch my bus to Toronto.
