All I can say is love!!! I absolutely love this place their staff is very loving and caring and I felt like I had home health at my home… I truly am happy about their PT and OT staff worked with me everyday until I was moving around some more they got me moving and feeling better before I left. I was there due to getting bk surgery, I def will be taking Christmas cookies.. again nothing but love
Easily the most disorganized hospital that I’ve ever gone to. It doesn’t seem like anybody talk to each other to know what’s going on.
The case manager (social worker) Gerard evicted patient after 2 weeks. Didn't even ask about if we had any kind of supplemental insurance or something else. Doctors were nice, but the system failed big time. It seemed like Gerard was taking personal pleasure in throwing the patient out. Sorry, HCA you lost all the money you could have gotten by the 3 months stay that patient did somewhere else.
The rehabilitation therapy was exceptional to help with my recovery from back surgery. The nurses and doctors genuinely cared about my well being. From the bottom of my heart I just want to say thank you to everyone there. There are no words to express my gratitude.
Operator service is bad. No one answers the phone.
