I had a very bad experience at this shop. I purchased 5 kg of atta but was charged for 10 kg. When I got home and opened the atta, I found worms inside it. I went back to the shop to raise the issue, but the owner refused to even listen. He denied that the product was from his shop and simply walked away. His behaviour was extremely arrogant and disrespectful towards a customer. When you go to buy items, he acts very friendly and pushes you to try different products. I recently purchased atta from this store, and after opening the packet at home, I found insects inside it. This is extremely unhygienic and completely unacceptable for a food product. Customers trust that basic grocery items, especially something as essential as flour, are safe and properly stored. Finding insects in it shows a serious lack of quality control and cleanliness. Sorry to say but Owner is very very rude, arrogant, unprofessional, poor customer service and doesn't consider his mistake. But staff is ohk.
