Been going here for 5 plus years, owner is awesome and flexible when I purchased a bad vape here, just give me a new one with zero hesitation. This is my go to quick stop location for vapes, drinks and RAW cones.
day ago New I had a really disappointing experience dealing with the owner, When I politely asked about a price increase, instead of a professional response, he got visibly upset and even raised his voice at me. It felt totally uncalled for and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect clear communication and respect, not to be met with anger over a simple question. Definitely not the kind of service I want to support or recommend. really Rude people.
The owner and the staff is very rude, especially the owner he yelled at my kid when he was playing around in the shop when I was trying to buy something.
