Have been using their service for past couple of years and everything was fine and expensive for simple w2’s. I had to file for itin. They prepared all the documents and asked me to file it personally in the local tax office saying it will be faster. There were no appointments available for the next month and I did not wanted to miss the deadline. Roy and his team pays due diligence in the whole Tax Filing Process of each individual and I am proud to be associated with his Firm for last 7 years and never had any query/issues.
