I ordered some cushions online which didn’t arrive so I chased up the order. They were eventually resent to me but with no apology for the delay. I was very surprised by the casual attitude of the person I spoke to especially as I had also purchased table lamps so the order was not insignificant. I have also subsequently been disappointed with the quality of the cushions - £55 each and the feathers in the filling are coming out through the cover. We ordered 2 (not cheap) sofas from India Jane. We spend 45 minutes stipulating the details, which were very simple because they were exactly the same as the ones in the showroom, with the only exception being the colour of the feet. The manager placing the order initially had trouble changing the feet specification (“computer says no” scenario) but she finally managed it and printed off the order with all detail correct. 18 weeks later (!!) our sofas were ready.
