DO NOT BUY THE HENNA TUBES I used to be able to get authentic henna In a tube from this store. However this year, I went to buy some and saw the tubes are completely different and from a different brand - They were listed as red and black henna which already disappointed me and makes me feel they know this isn't authentic henna and don't care. Went there yesterday and we got beef patties and salted beef, whole family got severe abdominal pain, never again.
I like this store for the gems you find that other stores don't have. They have great selection of traditional imports from africa, india, Caribbean and Mexico. I found dried mexican chillies that I couldn't find at both (before the one closed on 4th and Albert) latino stores. The service is always helpful and friendly. I would give 5 stars but a few times I've gotten home to find the products are out of date and they weren't marked down as out of date products. I've learned to check in the store before buying.
