Worst Customer Service at India Bazaar Plano, I had the worst experience yesterday, 2-19-24 with Aradhna, the Customer Service Rep . She was extremely rude to me and would not serve me at the Express counter, which is also at the customer service counter refunds, etc. I had only 3 items, she still wanted me to wait in line with 10 people ahead of me with tons of groceries in their cart. this was also at their Non-Peak hours.
