Called looking for a specific item. They were extremely helpful and nice over the phone. This is why I don't buy online. I'd rather talk with local nice people.
We've had multiple orders with Index and each has always been handled very professionally. Ordering and delivery was always easy. Chandler was very thorough and thoughtful with what we needed. They've event sent guys to come help move coolers when we needed and they've even delivered a new cooler in the snow. Can't recommend enough!
It was quick unloading, but unloading is located in back of the store. ,do Not get off at the very exit ,no way I couldn't make the 2nd right turn, see if you can go to the very next exit,remember unloading is back of the store , maybe if you call them they 'll tell you the best way.just careful.
