Very professional service. Highly recommended.
One of the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with. Her Google hours say 10 AM, but she actually opens at 11 and blamed us for calling early. She ignored our greeting and acted like we were a bother. Clearly didn’t care to help—just rushed through the tax filing and got annoyed when we asked questions. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience with this accountant. If I could give zero stars, I would. She was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout our interaction. Her Google listing shows that she opens at 10 AM, but in reality, she starts at 11. When we called based on the listed hours, she acted as though we were in the wrong.
