Ask for secondary drivers without charged, highly recommended
We rented a car from this store. A part of the car was already broken before we even drove it. However, the store told us that we had to pay for the repair. We did not cause the damage at all. After that, they even asked us to “leave a good comment.” This was very unfair and unprofessional.
I had a very bad experience with this rental company. When we rented the car, there was already a crack on the windshield, but we didn’t notice it at that moment. Later, when reviewing the video my friend had recorded during pickup with the company’s staff, we realized the crack was clearly visible.
