VERY EXPENSIVE grocery store in a depressed area. I don’t understand why they charge so much more than the No Frills up at the end of Mimico Avenue on Royal York. I won’t be going back.
I'm disabled and trying to shop in this store is problematic due to my use of a disability scooter. There was a sign on the door saying, NO DISABILITY DEVICES ALLOWED(not legal I think) but I gave it a shot anyway. It wss very tough trying to shop so I gave up. Maybe they've changed their not very legal policy since my visit, but I haven't been b as back since. Too many other stores nearby with better prices than I see in their flyers anyway, so I do just fine. Don't trust me, go look for yourself and compare.
It's about 1 woman! She prices the product incorrectly, and she's even upset why you don't read it! She argues and is very rude when she makes a mistake! This is not the first time they've priced the product incorrectly!
I live close by, and I shop there a lot. Everyone who works there is super nice.
This little grocery store is such a gem in the neighborhood!
