Great customer service
The last three times I’ve gone they haven’t had envelopes in the atm. Makes it really hard to make a deposit when I work during bank hours and can only go during afterhours
I was in last month to open a new account after being disappointed in my banking at Chase. Sandy Griggs helped me open my account and the customer service was truly above and beyond! She helped me with every step. Since opening my account every time Igo in every single employee is great!,
Hours on GOOGLE (here) website are WRONG. Drive through closes at 5pm. The bank's own website is correct. It is really annoying when a huge tech company which controls so much is not responsive to the bank's manager asking them to get it right. Google needs to be held responsible for incorrect information it posts.
Absolutely horrible!! I love the people that work there.. They're great, but the company itself is absolute garbage! Wouldn't help me out when a fraudulent charge came through & I informed them it was fraudulent. So un-happy with them. Chime & Chase here I come!
