MyEyeDr. in Topsfield is the office I will always go to for my glasses. I went with my prescription on July 29, 2025, to buy new glasses. I had the opportunity to work with Optician Katryn. She listened, was efficient with finding my insurance and file, and was helpful but not pushy when I was looking for just the right frames. I need objective opinions to choose frames. First I called and my glasses needed to be paid but our insurance wasnt working so I had to pick them up the following day. I called the following day to find out theyve been paid for and I could’ve picked them up earlier which no one told me. Then I tried to pick them up 10 minutes late and reception was unaccommodating to my request to get them even though many eye stores have drop boxes. Ruined my day and now I have to wait until Tuesday because of “staffing issues.”
