Cheryl Richard at IBS did a tremendous job on my taxes indentifying deductions that my former accountant had missed, and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend IBS if you are self-employed or a contractor.
I filed and never got my return not was I informed of the reason I wasn't getting any response or anything. I called and repeatedly asked and was never directed to how I could find out. All I was told was to check the where's my refund website. That is it.
I've been going to this place for years. Love the service.
