Mequitta Pickens Is one of the best Bank tellers I have ever had an experience with. she was so polite And patient with me. She guided me through everything And help me understand Everything I needed to know. We need more people like her in banks. She made me feel like I could talk to her at any given time because of how polite she was. I definitely got off the phone feeling like I was supposed to Which is satisfied and greatly taken care of! I had a truck loan through them. I went to refinance through another institution. I got my 10 day pay off amount “good until November 8th” my new bank calls me on the 7th and says when they contacted independent bank the pay off amount was different and to continue I would have to either pay the difference or start the process over. When I called independent bank they hung up on 3 times and couldn’t give me an answer as to why. Said, “if there is money left over they would send it”.
