The CS branch is the nicest group of people on the planet!!! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! They know their customers and connect in special ways!!! It's about the little things and they do it right! Happy to be a customer and always a joy to walk into that branch! Thank you!!!
I am giving this bank a low rating because every time I go to deposit money at the drive thru the tellers always have me waiting. And they be working with other tellers like they have no customers sitting at the drive thru. I be the only customer waiting. This is ridiculous. Very bad service. No other customers are inside the bank and they have the one and only customer at drive thru waiting.
Staff is friendly and efficient. The bank always seems to be busy but I never wait very long. I've been an independent customer for more than 15 years now, and it's in large part due to how nice they are at the Cedar branch.
Called to have a note put on my account because a pre-authorized transaction went through after I cancelled it & overdrew my account. I called the Cedar Springs location & explained my situation , asking the teller to put a note on my account, then waited on hold for 2 or 3 minutes while "Morgan" asked a bank loan officer about putting a note on my account... First off, I never go to the bank so I’m a little unfamiliar with how things work. I went to this bank for only the second time to deposit a rent payment into my landlords business account. The first time I did this, whoever helped me was very nice and helpful-made it a smooth process, and explained she set me up to where I could come in or go through the drive thru and it would be a very easy, quick process going forward.
