We live in a small town. Independent bank is about a 1/2 an hour away. With all the options on line now a days it works for us. Any question is a friendly call away. We go in about twice a month. Everyone is friendly, polite, and helpful. I have been hacked, they closed my card, immediately made me a new one, and credited my money. I didn't take a loss or have to wait a week for a new card in the mail. They go the extra to help.

Stopped with my coworker to make a withdrawal and had the nicest teller ever. She even made it a point to ask if she wanted it back any specific way, bills wise. She was so helpful. Her name was Amber and she had the most gorgeous long hair!
I recently moved up to the Bad Axe area and joined Independent Bank based on the advice of a local. I have had nothing but stellar service every time I go in there. Some of the ladies actually know my name already, which surprised me as I only frequent the bank once, or twice, a month. Keep up the great work.
