Our family has been banking here for over 30 years. We were charged an overdraft fee for a charge that was supposed to have been with-drawled weeks prior. I’ve been watching this account with eagle vision to make sure I had sufficient funds in case withdrawal was happening when I didn’t notice. Not even five hours I transferred money around and yet you still charge us a overdraft fee. This is ridiculous uncalled for and we will be moving on to Gerber credit union. No overdraft fees.! This bank has gone downhill quickly!
I’m a part time resident of Newaygo. This bank offered a senior account with no strings. I kept about $100 in the account so that I’d have a local bank connection. When I went to deposit a check I was told the account was closed. They claimed they had sent numerous letters to me. I had gotten none. Mistake was either theirs or USPS. Not mine. But the manager refused to give me any consideration. Don’t trust this bank!
