Been here for 5 years now and never a issue or problem.
Spoke with Cole Henry several times and he was very personable and help. My debit card was hacked and out of state. He was able to find out the answers to the questions that I had. Great customer service. Thank you!!
I highly recommend Caro Independent Bank. The manager & assistant manager always go above and beyond to make all my transactions go smoothly, even when I give them extremely short notice. 5 stars is not enough to express the level of customer service you receive. It’s far superior to anything else I have experienced.
