Spoke with Cole Henry several times and he was very personable and help. My debit card was hacked and out of state. He was able to find out the answers to the questions that I had. Great customer service. Thank you!!
I highly recommend Caro Independent Bank. The manager & assistant manager always go above and beyond to make all my transactions go smoothly, even when I give them extremely short notice. 5 stars is not enough to express the level of customer service you receive. It’s far superior to anything else I have experienced.

DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS LOCATION!!! The first time it happened they shorted me my money after they had the atm serviced and now I have to wait until tomorrow to call and I'm sure it will be the same nonsense. I called the customer service number and the guy told me they don't handle these issues and to call the actual bank tomorrow and suggested I use another atm. The closest other location is cass city. Their solution is for me to drive 25 miles out of my way to put my money into my bank. What a joke. I will be canceling... read more
