The owner of this bank is one of the snottiest proud white boys I have ever crossed paths with. He doesn't like people with different skin color than his and he doesn't like disabilities no matter how mild. My families work is centered on creating a fair playing field for such individuals. This bank is not secure! Case in point. They have a very mean spirited bully who thinks hanging threatening menacing sticky notes on the manual thermostat is the best way to achieve climate control. I mean rude, ignorant, poor gramered notes. When he turns his back employees, customers, whoever, can play with the temperature, and they do. Sets the Bully manager into a tantrum everytime. Independent wants me to call customers relations, they gave me a number. Low and behold they put me on hold. Typical assumption of this banks management. I'll be put on hold in order to have the conversation they want to have with me. In reality my time is more valuable than there's and the bank needs to call me, when I finally answer, then we talk.
