I just want to shout out the great service I received from Rachel and the crew at Independent Bank this morning. I was worried and stressed about being able to put down a deposit on an apt quickly. They were able to help me with the situation with care and ease. Thankful for great customer service in Ionia!
I like the bank, however they need to stay open longer during week and Saturday's open later too at least til 2. Most ppl work days and some have church on Saturday.
