I have recently had a HORRIBLE experience with this bank. They have been reporting 30 day late on my credit report on-going for a few years due to late charges because I was NEVER 30 days late with the payment. I was notified yesterday by a Rozonda Curry that Independent bank has continuously reporting my account 30 days past due because of late charges.
