I'm locked out of my account, it says to call, but there is no way of getting a hold of anybody after hours. What kind of a bank doesn't have someone on call, or someone in tech support 24 hours a day? That doesn't say much, if they can't afford to have one person available 24 hours a day to help in situations like i'm in right now.
Bank stated they would convert a home loan into a fixed rate and they foclosed. And they took over $72,000,000.00 in tarp funds, which they are late paying back. I (taxpayer) own you !!!
