Zero stars if I could. The ATM never works, the tellers always want to ask personal questions when withdrawing or depositing over certain amounts. And they will lock the front doors as you're walking up one minute after 4:30 after driving through the ATM and it not working.
Amy at the Bay Road branch was amazing! She was friendly, patient, and very informative. She went out of her way to assist me and answered all of my questions. The process went very smooth and I truly appreciate that. Thank you Amy, you are truly an asset to Independent Bank.
Courtney was absolutely amazing. She talked me through the entire process of opening a new account. I’m moving from Kansas and have been stressed out trying to find a new bank and she made it so easy for me!
I came in a few mins before close, hours away from home, on a Friday with an urgent matter. Manager Kristi and her team were great! Helped me thru my dilemma, and were kind, understanding, and had me out in minutes! I couldn't thank her and her team enough!
