Ive obtained more than 15 mortgages in my life, but this one takes the cake. They are incompetent. I started my loan application on Dec 3rd, and it is now April 17th, and my loan is not closed. They are still asking for information that I have already sent them. I would have bailed on them already, but they took \$375 from me for an appraisal.
This branch is very conveniently located at Southfield and 14 Mile Roads, and the staff there is very competent and friendly. THey also have competitive programs and several ways to obtain free checking. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
