Very sad to live in this community and can't even cash a check from a major credit card company. I mean there's nothing remotely fair about independent Bank, they do not care about people or making new customers. I mean not even an invite to bank there, I was shoved away like I was a peasant And it's very disheartening to know that this has been what's been in the community of pleasant lake for decades and they don't care. Would give them a ZERO. HOW can you charge to use a debit card for cash from bank MSUFCU $5.00 EXTRA JUST to pull money out? it’s ALL electronic! just because your the only bank in the area? a couple dollars I can see, but $5.00 & then another $1.00 for a “service fee” $6.00 total JUST to pull money out! Whose pocket am I padding a tip!? Too bad I needed the cash asap heading to work. RIDICULOUS! Would NEVER consider banking here & will NEVER stop there again. THIEVES!
