Amazing customer service, detail oriented, made sure I understood what was happening with my return every step of the way. I don’t know if anyone else would have provided the level of professionalism and effort that was needed for my large return. User beware! Spent hours and multiple visits for taxes to still be done wrong. Ended up paying more and was told the “tax advisor” was good and I was wrong. Stay away.
