They were nice but when I found out there was a problem with my taxes I tried contacting them. Couldn't get a hold of anyone even with their offices saying they were open nobody was ever there. Couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. Called Corporate and all they could do is leave them a message. Asked for my refund because it had been almost 2 months since I had tried to contact them but it was up to the facility itself on if I should receive my refund. This place was a little budget looking. They didn't seem to care much about people's privacy. They would shout out people's business while in the waiting room.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! These location are franchised out and this owner doesn't care to respond after five plus weeks of trying to contact them. Emails, Voicemail, and even calling corporate. I have done plenty to reach out to them! They've had my check since the beginning of May and still no contact to come pick up the check. This location is a scam. You charge an outrageous price to file two forms & when you complain about it they just knock some money off. That's how I knew its a scam! I regret filing my taxes here!... read more
