The worst place ever, with rude employees who clearly hate their job and life
This specific nursing home has many employees that lack common sense, compassion yet excel at violating resident rights! Being told you cannot say hi to your loved one through a glass window is disgusting! During this nerve racking time is tough on everyone. A good team would encourage family to spread joy by bringing enrichment to our loved ones even if it’s standing curbside. Management should reevaluate how this place is being ran and the ongoing neglect needs to be further looked into!
