Carton of beer broke while in line. Made my guy pay for it and then asked if he wanted to buy another carton. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! If I would’ve been there no payment would’ve been made!!! I’m sure you will get credit for broken case from distributor. Never again and we bought all alcohol there!
This is the worst beverage store! The owner is a mean old lady that doesn’t understand proper customer service. She is rude & disrespectful. I will never buy a thing from this store again. It should go out of business!! Highly recommend a Giant Eagle or pretty much anywhere else!!
