Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever experienced, specifically poplar. The tellers are rude & have sent my withdrawals in drive through without an envelope! Twice now! & when i had asked for one I was ignored! I will never go back to poplar bank & stick to wolf point because the tellers are at-least compliant! Save some time for yourself and go to wolf point.
I have money pending for two days they would overdraft and charge me. Thinking about moving my money rate is only 3.75
Clerks are very helpful.
Bank is AWFUL THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE PROPERLY …WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS AND TAKE THE MONEY IN SAID ACCOUNT ..THIS HAS HAPPENED TO TWO OF OUR ACCOUNTS AT THIS POINT! Do not trust them with your money ..go elsewhere!!! 0 Stars
