We’ve loved banking here since moving to Louisville. It’s been a great, seamless experience. For starters, their app might not win any awards, but it is intuitive and it gets the job done. Their account options are simple and straightforward as well. The staff has by far been our favorite aspect though. It is what sets them apart from other major banks in the area. If you plan on doing any business banking here don’t!! This bank is not established enough to take any sort of small business clients. They don’t have the resources or experience for banking to be efficient, or effective. Employees are also very rude and difficult. Banked here for over 2 yrs, worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. The mobile deposit is terrible, along with the ATM always had constant issues, and my funds would be late or inaccessible.
