Extremely unprofessional management at this a bank. After working with them for over a week on a large transaction i was told to come pick up my funds. Upon arrival I was told there was yet another delay that could of been avoided with simply communication. So after closing my personal business for the day and traveling from over an hour away I get turned around and am forced to do it again tomorrow. I went up there Friday and paid $100 to reactivate my card for over drawl fees and was told that my card would be ready to use by noon that next day. Here it is Tuesday and still can’t use it. Thanks for nothing. Will be switching banks after being lied to my face.
