I purchased an Isotherm DR160 Light refrigerator for over $3,000. After waiting several months for it to arrive and finally installing it in my camper van, I discovered it wasn’t cooling properly. We needed to replace a paper manual for the Isotherm refrigerator in a customers' boat (the original manual had been damaged/lost). Although Isotherm no longer provides paper manuals, the parts department found one for us and sent it out, no charge and no hassle. Great customer service from Paolo and the rest of the company.
