I recently started to have an intermittent problem with my 2022 Specialized Vado shutting off on its own while on a ride. I left it with Incycle South and Technician Trevor replaced a cable with an upgraded version from Specialized and that solved the problem and I received my bike back in a week in the same fine condition I left it with them for the repair. Very happy to have my nice bike back home so that I can enjoy it on rides.

I came in to find the right size and order a bike I had been researching. Kayla was immediately helpful, offering advice and ensuring I had all of my answers. Then when I was ready to order, she made sure I had everything I needed from the right pedals to the perfect cage. So grateful for her help and can't wait for my new bike to come in!
Trevor and Kayla were great!! The whole staff was welcoming, kind and offered excellent service. Anthony in servicing went above and beyond to address any issues or modifications needed to have a great ride that is safe for my daughters too
