Dropped my bike off there on two different occasions and essentially gave them a blank check. I asked them to do whatever was needed. The first trip I got home and the tires wobbled and the breaks were squeaking. I then gave them another shot, same result. Both times I asked if it had been test ridden and checked. Both times they said “yes.” I am not a bike guy so I was depending on them for excellence. One of the bike repair shop guys was friendly, the other acted like I was an inconvenience. Always the best service staff is fantastic
Dane helped me out today, I came in with a weird noise on my bike. I wasn’t sure of the issue. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it in about 15 minutes. They said that it was a simple fix, so they didn’t even charge me! This place cares for their customers. I recommend if you need bike supplies, or bike service.
