Purchased a refurbished iPad had a dent on the back which I didn’t mind I don’t expect it brand new but the screen had a bright patch in the middle and a row of distortion which sometimes glitches and won’t recognise what you have tapped. Left a review on Trustpilot which they tried to remove twice which got them nowhere since I sent the evidence to Trustpilot and they verified the review but be aware they have removed a lot of bad reviews from there. Absolutely shocking company ., bought a iPad for my daughter and it broke with in a matter of weeks .. this product came with a 12 month warranty which didn’t matter to them it’s all a scam ., do not trust this pathetic money robbing company ….. they will no doubt leave feedback stating all lies if anybody would like me to send them all the evidence go ahead will be happy to do so ,, avoid at at tall costs
Went in for a replacement charging point left my phone with them to repair came back after 40 minutes like they told me was amazed when they told me didn’t need replacing just cleaning no charge good to see good old fashioned honesty like this highly recommend
My partner took my OnePlus6 to this shop for a screen replacement, and I'm fairly certain the shop broke the sound button on the side, without informing us. We called to say this, and were advised to bring the device in, which we did. We then got a call to say they couldn't do anything because there was a crack on the new screen, which I don't believe was caused by us. I wouldn't go back to this shop or recommend it to anyone.
5 star service in a locally owned and ran business,such helpful and friendly staff that will go above and beyond to help you,from fixing a broken screen to putting credit onto a phone for an elderly person. Grandma was delighted and felt comfortable that they were patient and explained every aspect of the repair to her without being condescending. Thank you Inctablet.
