Great experience moving my business account from a national bank brand to a community bank that knows has roots in WI. The Middleton Branch manager ,Mr Liller was able to coordinate opening the new account, funding the new account, and overseeing a process of collecting signatures form board officers in 4 different states. The process was seamless and our business could not be more pleased. Highly recommend. Mr Liller and IB Middleton for all your business banking needs.
The staff there are awesome and very helpful. I love how I dont need to make a special trip to make changes or do my banking. Incredible is an understatement. If you dont bank here, you're missing out.
We called and spoke to a woman who told us the drive through was open until 5:30. We drove over an hour through two different cities rush hours to get here only to see they are closed and have this sticker on their window!?very disrespectful and unprofessional! We had been talking otw here about opening an account but not after this!!
This bank needs to go under so no one else has to go through the hell I have been through. Where is my money? This bank is a damn nightmare. It doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible, horrible people.
