We called and spoke to a woman who told us the drive through was open until 5:30. We drove over an hour through two different cities rush hours to get here only to see they are closed and have this sticker on their window!?very disrespectful and unprofessional! We had been talking otw here about opening an account but not after this!!
This bank needs to go under so no one else has to go through the hell I have been through. Where is my money? This bank is a damn nightmare. It doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible, horrible people.
This bank can't protect your money I'd they can't prove you did anything wrong. They don't treat you like an adult able to handle your own. money. Small banks aren't sophisticated enough. If you have big money, go to a big bank. Protect yourself because small banks can't
Their name says it all. I've never had better service, greater access to actual people and know they truly care about me and my financial well-being. And, it's all online if you want it to be. They make everything SOOO easy.
Had a wonderful experience with Marne Renn, she helped with our refi and line of credit. Was a smooth transition and very comfortable with our move to Incrediblebank.
