I couldn't believe how this business is going down hill so fast. Broken shoe strings - lane equipment that breaks down - under baked pizza - expensive beer -unhelpful staff. It's sad knowing what this place once was! GUESS WHAT - OUT OF BUSINESS - BANKRUPT - TOLD YOU

Went here for a team event, definitely had a good time. call ahead to reserve your lanes. we did 4 lanes of 5 people each. It was great fun and would definitely go back! it was a Monday night. We really spend good time there and will definitely came back again. Highly recommended.

We held Our 23rd Annual KCPHA Awards Banquet at Cascadia Hall, it could not been any better. They supplied us with everything we need. Tables for our dinner, ribbons and awards, and our silent auction. It was a huge shoe to fill having 211 people attending. They were even accomodating with the last minute add ons. The food was excellent and the dessert was a huge hit. Everyone who had approached me at the banquet about the venue had nothing but great and fantastic remarks. Wow! What can I say about this beautiful, classy, elegant reception hall. I was so impressed with the way their sales coordinator treated me. She was very respectful and answered every question i had. After speaking with their sales coordinator, she gave me a tour of the venue as well as The Living Room. I was told how the venue would run and my food options. Being told that there could be a food increase in March, I completely understood. We were cheated out of our $200 deposit. Here is what happened. We booked this place for our wedding reception. My fiance and I did not like the food, and they would not allow outside catering. So, we decided to cancel our reservations. Their guidelines state that we had to cancel no less than 30 days out to get our refund back. I canceled close to 5 months out. I want to express a concern with everyone. My boyfriend and I walked into an empty bowling alley. It was open, but no one was there. There was one employee that was buffing and waxing the lanes. No other employees nor customers anywhere in sight. This occurred on a Wednesday night, about 930pm. The signs say they are open Mon thru Frid. 11am to midnite.
