I set an appointment with Carlos for 2PM. I arrive a few minutes early and they told me that Carlos was out of the office and will return after an hour. I gave the assistant my name and told him that I will return after then. After an hour, I returned and a minute later, he finally arrived. He briefly greeted me, shook my hand while he walked away (after he left me waiting for over an hour) and dissappeared to the back to assist the other couple waiting for a shorter time.
