I had both my business and personal tax returns prepared with this company. Since April 15, I’ve been trying to reach them about an urgent matter for over 3 weeks with no response. I’ve sent multiple texts and emails, and every time I call, the voicemail says their mailbox is full or no one answers. On February 20th, I submitted my tax return through their service, and following a month-long delay, I was only then asked to make minor revisions while my tax forms remained incomplete not filed, and the reason for the delay on their end is uncertain to me. Unfortunately, their services will not be used by us in the future.
