This “professional” promised my elderly father a set rate for the easiest tax filing yet overcharged him, going back on her stated rate. She didn’t have the courtesy to tell my father until 11 days after the tax deadline that she refused to file his tax return, even after he’s worked with her for at least 15 years. Her lack of professionalism was unreal and disappointing.
Claudia and her team has been providing my tax services and bookkeeping for many years now and I am very disappointed with myself that I have not formally said Thank You yet.
