Monica is not a good communicator. She has not been following through with agreements made over the phone and I believe she is screening my calls. Very poor business practice. Super disappointed and frustrated that we paid for a service and now are dealing with late fees and added stress because she did not do her job.

Monica has done our taxes for tha past 5 years. She does a great job. Will continue to use her when her office moves to Utah.
