What an unprofessional experience. I should have been weary from the start. I called based on a referral, it took 2 days to get a call back. I met with Codi and Margaret and allowed then to service our tax returns. After a week or so I sent an email to ask how much was there service, and about how long it would take we did not discuss at our meeting. We waited a couple days, no response.
