AVOID!! SCAM company. Ruby assisted us with filing our 2023 taxes and did not complete it before the IRS filing deadline. When we emailed and ask for progress on filing, Ruby informed us that they filed an extension for us so we were good. We received a tax penalty from IRS late 2024 and then realized the extension was NEVER filed. We have been emailing Ruby and this scam company multiple times on the penalty notice and received no response.
