Mr Liu and Ruby and their staff are very professional and nice.
AVOID!! SCAM company. Ruby assisted us with filing our 2023 taxes and did not complete it before the IRS filing deadline. When we emailed and ask for progress on filing, Ruby informed us that they filed an extension for us so we were good. We received a tax penalty from IRS late 2024 and then realized the extension was NEVER filed. We have been emailing Ruby and this scam company multiple times on the penalty notice and received no response. If I could, I would give them zero stars. After sending a $50 deposit, they provide no assistance, ignore emails, and their phone service appears to be perpetually out of order. Even if someone happens to answer the phone, they simply instruct you to email them. This is clearly a scam. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment.
Ruby is amazing!! If you choose to use this service, your best bet is to arrive IN PERSON with ALL your tax documentation ready. You will be scheduled to come back for your filing. When you return for your filing, plan to calmly wait for them to process it. Yes, this office is very busy and yes, they have a particular style of organization, but they are human beings working at a very affordable price. Do not bring negative energy here.
