Very unprofessional no communication they messed up my stuff I asked for direct deposit everything , gave them my account number ect they still failed to file correctly and get everything correct even after providing them with all the info direct deposit ect now I’m being put through the ringer to get my money back . Very unprofessional not helpful would not recommend to any one. just file on turbo tax or something bc this is not it .
