Like many others mentioned: This company is very quick to take your money but super slow when you no longer continue with their service. I sent out many many many emails requesting changes and cancellations etc, but guess what: no responses! Again, they are super quick to respond if you pay them or ask for new services, BUT once you cancel them: good luck, I'm pretty much now shouting into the void.
