I usually don't leave reviews and I would hate to leave a bad review but this place had done it. Like everyone here says they have horrible at communications. I have made an appointment since according to google 'Online Appointment' but never got a response. I have a 9-5 job so finding time to get there is hard enough but when i do make it there they are always closed with a sign directing you to an email which there's an error to the email stated. I really hate to leave negative feedback, but they have THE worst communication I have ever seen in a business. They do not respond to emails, and their phone goes to an error message so you can't even leave a message. Plus, their doors are locked so you need an appointment to get in, which how does one even DO that? I can't even get digital copies of my taxes since they didn't upload them to my account, and there were mistakes on it, so I don't even know how to fix this with the zero communication. Errors on return, likely to be audited. Impossible to get ahold of staff. Had to hound them to get my returns done by august. Never got quarterly tax amounts so made guesses. Contacted other colleagues who had the same issues.
The first couple of years using In City were fine. Last couple of years there has been errors and errors in amendments. Communication has always been terrible. Trying to get a hold of them most recently for the past 3 months and have gotten ZERO response (phone and email). I've never left another business a bad review...but PLEASE take your business elsewhere.
Do not work with this company. Pretty disappointed in his services. He charged me close to 4500.00 without telling me when the year before he charged me 700. Like what everyone else posted he never returns calls, lame text response saying he's not working ever. I owed 70k then I had a friend look at it and it was completely wrong. I still turned them in but he forgot one of my W2 jobs. It was so stressful working with him and he's still not returning my calls. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM.
